Danielle Caldwell, Owner
Raised in New York, Danielle has always been interested in beautiful gatherings. After a college internship she realized that creating events was her true desire. The ability to take someone’s vision and turn it into something real was a passion. She took that idea and went to work, gaining experience at Institutional Investor, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and Lewis & Clark College.
In 2016, after ten years of working in the industry, Danielle struck out on her own to build a premier event services business. She wanted to create the kind of company that she had searched for when coordinating her own wedding. With an emphasis on classic style, a supportive atmosphere, and exceptional customer service, Danielle Caldwell Events was born.
Danielle is married to her husband Robert and together they have two daughters. In her spare time she loves to workout, read, bake, and enjoy a nice glass of wine.

Jefferson Clark, Event Intern
Jefferson grew up in a small town in the Midwest, home-schooled along with his brother so that the family could travel during the winter. Starting community college at 15, he finished his general studies and took a year to study French in France. In 2015, he graduated from Southern Adventist University in Chattanooga, Tennessee with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in photography.
After coordinating activities and events for numerous student groups throughout his collegiate career, and several local and national non-profit organizations, Jefferson realized that his true passion was coordinating and managing events of all types and sizes. During his last semester, he had the opportunity to intern for an event coordinator where he learned valuable skills pertaining to the field. In October 2017, Jefferson moved to the Pacific Northwest on a whim, to start a new life.
When Jefferson is not working, he spends his time with friends or making new friends out and about, taking photos, or sitting in a coffee shop journaling.
