Today, I have an incredible team of five by my side. Together, we give every couple and their families the attention they deserve, making wedding days feel seamless from start to finish.

Every couple is different. Every relationship, family dynamic, and vision is unique, which is why I never believe in cookie cutter planning.

How My Business Has Changed
If you asked me what looks different today compared to my first year, I'd probably laugh because almost everything has changed.
With every wedding, my attention to detail has grown. Experience has taught me to spot potential issues before they happen, allowing my couples to enjoy the day without worry.
Our collection of planning supplies has grown right alongside our creativity. One of my favorite compliments came from a server who said, "This wasn't just another generic wedding." That's exactly what I strive for with every celebration.
I've also learned to lean on experts in areas like marketing and technology so I can focus on what I do best. It's been one of the smartest lessons in business I've learned.
My Planning Style Has Evolved
Over the years, I've become an even bigger believer in designing weddings that reflect the couple instead of following trends. Pinterest is a great source of inspiration, but I focus on what draws my couples to an image so we can create something that's uniquely theirs.
I've also learned that not every inquiry is the right fit, and that's okay. One of the most valuable lessons in business has been realizing that saying no allows me to better serve the couples who truly align with my approach.

Why I Intentionally Limit My Calendar
One of the biggest changes I've made is focusing exclusively on Partial Planning and Full Service Planning so every couple receives the thoughtful experience they deserve.
I also intentionally limit my calendar to around ten weddings each year. That allows me to be fully invested in each celebration while still being present for my own family.
Becoming a mom has made me a better planner. My children have taught me patience, flexibility, and empathy, qualities I bring to every wedding I plan.
What Couples Have Taught Me
After ten years, I can honestly say my couples have taught me just as much as I've taught them.
They've shown me that trust creates the best planning experience and that every family brings different priorities to the table. Navigating those relationships with empathy is just as important as designing a beautiful wedding.
Most importantly, they've reminded me that guest experience matters just as much as the details. A truly great celebration should feel effortless for everyone attending.
