The Big Day
All-day on-site coordination
Oversee set up of ceremony, cocktail, and reception.
A bridal attendant and associate will be on-site for the entire day to ensure the needs of the bridal party and family are met.
A full-supplies kit will be available at all times.
Coordinate with all vendors, including shuttle pickup and drop off. Hand out gratuities as needed.
Manage timeline, prompting all parties to create a seamless flow throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Assist with any last-minute on-site issues
Oversee the closeout of the location

Customized Client Portal
Unlimited meetings, emails, texts, and phone calls for questions
Wedding Design: Establish the vision, lead linen mock-up, coordinate floral sample meeting, manage all details, and produce the final wedding look
Provide recommendations, gather proposals, review contracts, lead communications, and attend all meetings for florist and rental companies
Review all other vendor contracts and provide recommendations as needed
Coordinate and confirm all wedding vendor details including insurance, deliveries, and pick-ups
Schedule and attend final site walk-through with vendors and location manager
Create customized timeline through Timeline Genius
Lead the wedding rehearsal
Provide all vendors with timelines, diagrams, important venue information,
and vendor contact information
Investment: Starts at $10,000
Note: Tented and private residence weddings have an additional fee to cover all additional site visits, coordination, setup, and breakdown
